Game Notes: Ravens Rookies Shine in the Debut of the Jesse Minter Era
A 24-7 routing of the Philadelphia Eagles featured some standout individual performances, but still some work to do on consistency for the Ravens new era
The Ravens have moved to 1-0 after a 24-7 routing of the Philadelphia Eagles in the Next Flight era for both Jesse Minter and the Ravens uniforms. However, the score didn’t reflect how the game felt. The Ravens were absolutely dominant, outgaining the Eagles 440 to 159.
The real catch, and stop me if you’ve seen this movie before, was that the Ravens lost the turnover battle 2-0, including an INT on the goal line that kept the score closer than the game felt.
Nonetheless, it was the Ravens rookie class that stole the show with most members of the 2026 class earning at least one highlight in their first professional game.

Offense
Tyler Huntley had a very solid debut with mostly a second team offense. Huntley exited after going 6/7 for 76 yards, including a long of 29 and taking 2 sacks, both of which were quick pressures
Third string Joe Fagnano had a very noteworthy debut finishing the day 22/28 for 224 yards, 1 TD and 1 INT. The INT was an obvious blemish and a good rookie mistake to learn from. Coming off the bootleg on the goal line nothing was open, but Fagnano tried to force a ball to Xavier Guilliroy, but Kelee Ringo’s impressive range saw it the whole way.
