The Ravens’ run game is a mess, and the numbers aren’t doing Derrick Henry any favours. According to Next Gen Stats, Henry ranks 82nd out of 83 qualifying running backs in total rushing EPA (-26.3), ahead of only Ashton Jeanty. Against Cincinnati, Henry finished with just 45 rushing yards despite generating 51 yards after contact. That’s a pretty good indication of how often he’s getting hit before he can even get going. I’m not saying Henry is blameless, but I don’t buy the argument that he’s suddenly washed.
